What is FMS?

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a test that examines the mobility and stability of the body. It consists of seven different tests and makes it possible to integrate the weak points of individual movement patterns into the training program. With the help of selected corrective exercises, these weaknesses can be treated in a targeted manner, improving your body awareness and competence. It's about seeing the body as a whole and strengthening all of its parts for a well-balanced exercise routine and to minimize the risk of injury.
